Listing of 2013 Cartier watches.  This year Cartier Fine Watchmaking several new novelites, two of which were very impressive “mystery” watches.  The Perpetual Calendar Chronograph is also an important piece for the brand, adding to the stable a complicated movement that is viewed by some as a requisite for brands in the elite ranks.

There were also some additions to the brand’s other collections as well.
