Hublot Big Bang FIFA World Cup Winners Watch

How sweet it is…

Attention: Netherlands Fans — View Discretion Advised!!!

As about the entire world knows by now, oh-so-hot Hublot is “all-in” with its efforts to associate itself with the world’s most popular sport.  Thus far I think it would be an understatement to say that this has been a huge homerun, errr, goal for Jean-Claude Biver & Hublot.

Naturally, as the Official Timekeeper of the FIFA 2010 World Cup ((See: Huge Bang! for the particulars), it is only fitting that Hublot would dedicate an exclusive watch to the winning team — the “FIFA World Cup Winner’s Watch”.   This Hublot Big Bang is tastefully done in the Spanish national colors with some nice form and function details in it.  While this isn’t the first tribute watch to honor the incredible journey of the World Cup winning Spanish team (Franc Vila’s EVOS 8 Cobra “Estrella Roja” is an equally attractive option for FIFA/watch fans), it is THE “official” winners watch!

Hublot Big Bang FIFA World Cup Winners Watch

Limited Edition: 100

44 mm pink gold case, satin-finished ceramic bezel, Spanish national colors with exclusive FIFA 2010 World Cup winners logo on a matt navy blue dial.  opaque sapphire crystal case-back (not pictured) features Spanish flag and is inscribed with the words 2010 FIFA WORLD
CUP SOUTH AFRICA CHAMPION.

Note that the 45 minute chronograph counter on this watch is specially developed by Hublot for the footballing world — it registers half and full match time!

The triple-stitched rubber-Alligator strap is also an awesome design element
