Hermès squared–but not quite…

The fantastic result of a collaboration between designer and architect Marc Berthier and Pierre-Alexis Dumas, artistic director of Hermès — a square watch that isn’t quite so square!  Only 173 will be produced – one for each year of existence of Hermès (the company was founded in 1837).  I do recommend you check out this great interview with the 2 designers of the watch for some additional insights into what I think is a really splendid watch.

It is really is quite an interesting watch if I do say so myself and I highly recommend that you click here to read the wonderful “question and answer” session with the two designers of this watch!
