I note that this watch rotates inside the case but I don’t see how one set of ‘controls’ operates two movements. The watch is not pleasing to the eye either. Gratuitous but not especially remarkable (at least not in a positive sense).
I suppose someone was trying to be imaginative and innovative, so perhaps some recognition is due. After all, there are worse things out there!
