SIHH 2013! Yes, Watch Fans, one of the biggest and most exciting events of 2013 is now just one week away. The Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, or SIHH as it is also known, is one of the landmark annual events for the luxury watch world. The SIHH is where a select group of brands unveil their latest and greatest watches, which of course I then unveil to you. You’ve already seen Perpetuelle previews of almost every attending brand (click the “SIHH 2013…” link directly above to see what’s revealed thus far), but the best yet to come.
As in prior years, there will be an avalanche of new postings here at Perpetuelle starting next Monday. You’ll see the latest and greatest watches from the likes of Panerai, Audemars Piguet, and the fourteen other brands listed below. This time of year is what I live for. Dare I say it is what Perpetuelle exists for — bringing you first looks at the latest and greatest luxury and avant-garde timepieces. I can hardly contain myself — it’s going to be an absolutely incredible week! You can tune in to Perpetuelle’s live SIHH feed by clicking the “SIHH 2013…” link on the header bar above.
This year, SIHH 2013, is the 22nd such event and it runs from Mon Jan 21 to Fri Jan 25. SIHH 2013 will have 16 brands. This is down from 18 last year, as Girard-Perregaux and brother brand JeanRichard will not be a part of the festivities this year. Here are 2013’s SIHH Exhibitors:
