Sneak peek…

After several subtle but well-thought tweaks and enhancements to Linde Werdelin’s Oktopus II Double Date vs. the initial models shown at Baselworld (March 2012), the Okto II is now shipping. For now, here’s a little teaser of the new Oktopus II “Titanium Blue” which will join the “Titanium Yellow” and “Rose Gold” models in the Oktopus family. Originally this model was to be “Titanium Black”; personally, I find the new color set to be far more compelling and thus a very welcome addition to the Oktopus lineup. The Titanium Blue perfectly embodies the diving and water theme of the watch, and is a great alternative to LW fans who prefer something more subtle than the Titanium Yellow (a prototype of which I reviewed last month).
I’ll have a full writeup on this the final version of the Okto II, next week.
