Bit of a shame for such a fine piece! Don't get me wrong I love Blancpain, especially the pre-Swatchgroup pieces. Fantastic new movements 66R9 and 13R5 but the dialdesigners for the new L-evolution must have been having a few beers in the pub together with the colleagues of Zenith's Defy Xtrem I guess. What is up with those testosterone-filled dials? Where has the subtlety and balance gone? But let's not be too negative...big bravo to the movement-designers...8day powerreserve! And I am already so happy with my 4day powerreserve in the Cal 1106 and Cal 1150. But honestly, lately Blancpain is losing me a bit.
